Ligo Network LLC doing business as Ligo Launch ("Ligo Launch," "we," "us," or "our") provides a business-management platform designed for service contractors and service businesses — including home services, remodeling, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, real estate professionals, and related trades.
Our platform ("Service") includes tools for managing your online reputation, scheduling, client communications, invoicing, quote building, draw requests, crew management, voice call handling, and business analytics. Features are delivered through our web dashboard, the Ava mobile app (iOS), and integrations with third-party services.
By creating an account, accessing our platform, or using any part of our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on that business's behalf.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not create an account or use the Service.

We reserve the right to refuse registration or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Ligo Launch is a subscription service. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Current plan pricing is listed at ligolaunch.com/pricing. We may update pricing with 30 days' notice to subscribers on the affected plan.
Payments are generally non-refundable. If you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days at [email protected] and we will review your request.
If a payment fails, we will retry and notify you by email. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, we may suspend your account until the balance is cleared.
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your payment details are transmitted directly to Stripe and are not stored on our servers. By making payments you also agree to Stripe's Services Agreement.
We may offer a free trial period for new accounts. At the end of your trial, your account converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel beforehand. We will notify you before your trial ends.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes in connection with your legitimate service business. You may not:

Our platform includes Winston, a voice-powered business assistant that helps you manage scheduling, respond to client inquiries, and access your business data hands-free.
On mobile, Winston uses on-device wake-word detection activated by the phrase "Hey Winston." Detection runs entirely on your device. Audio does not leave your device until the wake word is detected; after the wake word, your voice command is transmitted to our processing infrastructure to generate a response.
If you enable call-handling features, Winston can answer and route incoming calls on behalf of your business. By enabling this feature, you authorize us to answer calls on your registered business line. Where call recording is available, you are responsible for providing any legally required disclosures to callers in your jurisdiction before enabling recording.
Voice recordings and transcripts may be stored on your account. See our Privacy Policy for details on how voice data is handled and retained.
Ligo Launch provides SMS tools for business communications on Ligo-operated channels. By using these features:
SMS delivery is provided by Twilio, Inc. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be subject to carrier filtering.
Our platform includes tools to help you request, monitor, and manage customer reviews on Google and other platforms. You agree to:
We provide tools to help you professionally manage your reputation, but we do not guarantee any particular review outcome, review count, or rating improvement.
Higher-tier plans include the ability to send payment links and invoices to your clients via Stripe. When you use these features, you are acting as the merchant and your clients are paying your business. You are responsible for:
Ligo Launch does not hold or transfer client funds. Payment settlement occurs directly between your Stripe account and your clients.
Some plans include access to background-check services provided by Checkr, Inc. If you use these features:
Ligo Launch is not a Consumer Reporting Agency. We act as an intermediary to Checkr's services on your behalf.
Our platform integrates with SignWell to allow you to send contracts and documents for electronic signature. Electronic signatures facilitated through the platform are legally binding under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN) and applicable state law, subject to proper signature procedures. You are responsible for verifying the identity of signatories and maintaining signed-document records as required by law.
The Ava mobile app is available on iOS through the Apple App Store. When you use the app:
The platform integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (infrastructure and file storage), Google (calendar, maps, reviews), Twilio (SMS), Vapi (voice AI infrastructure), SendGrid and Postmark (email delivery), SignWell (e-signing), and Checkr (background checks). Your use of integrated features is also subject to each provider's terms of service.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services. We will notify you of any changes to material integrations that affect your service.
All platform software, design, branding (including "Ligo Launch," "Winston," the Monolith Shield logo, and related marks), and original content are owned by or licensed to Ligo Network LLC. Nothing in these terms grants you any license to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the Service as permitted herein.
You retain ownership of your business data, customer lists, photos, and other content you upload to the platform. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you and at your direction.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not guarantee any particular business outcome from using the platform, including review count, lead volume, or revenue growth.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL LIGO NETWORK LLC, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we determine you have materially violated these terms, posed a legal or security risk to the platform, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your access ends. We will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow export, unless required to delete it sooner by law or at your request.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
