What Ava does

• Answers phone calls on behalf of contractor businesses
• Qualifies leads, captures contact info, books demos
• References local building codes and property records from public sources
• Helps estimate materials from photos

Important limitations

• Ava is automated. She can make mistakes.
• Always verify code references, pricing, and quote details before submitting a permit or billing a customer
• Code references are cited from publicly available sources — your local inspector is the final authority
• Property records are pulled from public databases and may contain outdated or inaccurate information
• Material pricing changes frequently — verify with the supplier before committing
• Ava does not give legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice

Privacy

• Call recordings and transcripts are stored for your business records
• Ligo does not share caller data with other Ligo customers or third parties except as required by law
